Control and regulation of the temperature of the drug transport box

This bachelor thesis deals with the solution of drug transport in a transport box over longer distances. The work also deals with sensors for temperature measurement and methods of its control and regulation. The essence is the design, implementation and verification of the functionality of the transport device, which allows the display of continuous information about the state of the temperature inside the transport box. Temperature control is powered from the car’s on-board network and temperature sensing is powered independently. The transport device allows the setting of the limit temperature up to 35 °C, while exceeding it is indicated by an acoustic and visual alarm. The transport box, which is the result of the work, allows the transport of drugs, and ultimately meets all the requirements of the assignment.

It relates to increasing impact on testing of drugs before launch onto the market, but also following monitoring, so the benefit and risk ratio of drug can be determined. Pharmacovigilance takes care of monitoring of drug use risk. Zolpidem is active substance from class hypnotics and it is used for short-term treatment of insomnia. Most professionals recommend zolpidem as first line treatment of acute insomnia. That is why it can be considered as one of the most important hypnotic drugs. Objectives: The aim of this diploma thesis is to analyze spontaneous reports for adverse drug reaction for zolpidem from years 2004 to 2017. The thesis focus on reports from the Czech republic but also from the whole world. The information in SPC of medicinal products containing zolpidem which were distributed from 2004 to 2017 are compared. Commercial Communication in Czech Pharmaceutical Industry

Thesis titled Commercial communications in czech pharmaceutical industry is about how to use marketing communication tools (advertising, public relations, sales promotion, personal selling, etc.) in the pharmaceutical industry. A specific feature of pharmaceutical marketing is separate communication to public (patients) and to professionals (doctors) which requires using different communication messages and also different channels to each target group. Pharmaceutical marketing is regulated by advertising law, by the Council for Radio and TV Broadcasting and by the provisions of the State Institute for Drug Control which control the ways how two target groups are addressed. Possible marketing tools are described from both theoretical (legal) and also practical (marketing communication of specific pharmaceutical company) terms.

Consumer protection in health service

This Bachelor's degree thesis focuses on drug aproval process in the Czech Republic and researches consumer's awareness about this process. Before active substance becomes a drug and gets to a consumer who needs its effects it has to go through a long process which begins with research and which continues through clinical studies, drug aproval and various logistical chanels. There is a process of marketing authorisation on nationally authorised medicinal products described at this thesis. Practical part of this thesis deals with a research done. The purpose of research was to find out the level of awareness of consumers about the process of drug aproval and other matters that are conected to marketing authorisaton process as package leaflet, labelling and pharmacovigilance.
